Q1: Can I print my own logo on the products?
A:Sure we are OEM factory, we can print various kinds of logo. If only you can provide us your logo file in PDF or AI format, so we can use to make printing plate.
Q2: What is the MOQ of the product? How much is the product？
A: Our normal MOQ is 100 pcs. Some other product would be a little higher to be 1000 pcs. Prices are determined by
material,style,size,printing etc. Please contact our sales staff for a precise quote.
Q3: What is the production time?
A: 10-25 days normal, it's depend on the quantity.For rush orders, we could adjust our production to make out ASAP according to your requested date.
Q4: Is it possible to get sample before place order? How long does it take for a customized sample.
A:Sure we offer samples. For quality & material checking, stock samples would be suggested and can be provided freely at your courier account. For sample with your customized logo, it would take 3-5 days .
Q5: How can my order be shipped? Will it arrive on time?
A: We offer various type of shipping, depending on your requested delivery time. By sea, by air or by express carriers
(UPS,FedEx,TNT), the faster way surely cost higher. We will suggest you the most suitable way to receive your product on time.
Q6: What's terms of payment?
A: our normal payment term is 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against BL. For express and air shipment, we require balance before shipment.
